Typical needs
- Functional prototypes on short lead times for development phases
- Tooling, inspection fixtures and line fixtures
- Production parts with initial samples, monitoring plan and PPAP
- Spare parts and re-sourcing of obsolete references
The Moroccan automotive ecosystem (Tangier, Kenitra, Casablanca) has shaped a base of workshops used to tier 1 and tier 2 requirements: takt, traceability, PPAP and customer audits. DSSF CONNECT relies on this network to supply prototypes, tooling and production parts to OEMs, suppliers and spare-parts distributors.
Requests with IATF requirements are assigned to shops whose certifications are verified; the Quality Hub control plan is adapted to the part class (cosmetic, safety, functional).
