Manual quote

Custom mechanical assembly, made in Morocco and delivered to Africa and Europe

DSSF CONNECT delivers complete sub-assemblies rather than loose parts: components made by the network (machining, sheet metal, casting) are assembled with catalogue items (fasteners, bearings, seals, motors, sensors) in an assembly shop, then tested and packed. This cuts the number of suppliers and goods-in on the customer side.

The manual quote is based on the bill of materials, the assembly drawing and the assembly sequence. The DSSF engineer checks tolerance stack-ups, defines acceptance tests and Quality Hub checkpoints (torque, clearances, leak, electrical continuity).

Materials

Component materials follow each process page; catalogue items are procured from referenced distributors or supplied by the customer.

  • Aluminium 6061-T6
  • Steel S235
  • Stainless 304L

DFM rules

  • Supply bill of materials, assembly drawing and torque values.
  • Specify imposed components (bearings, fasteners, seals) and who sources them.
  • Define acceptance tests: functional, leak, electrical continuity.
  • Clearances and tolerance stack-ups checked at engineering review.

Quality and documents

Torque, clearance and function checks; test report, photos and component batch traceability on request.

Related finishes

  • Powder coating
  • Hot-dip galvanising
  • Industrial wet paint

Capacities, series and lead times shown are orders of magnitude matching the network target; they are confirmed on each quote according to the selected shop. No prices are displayed on these pages.

Frequently asked questions

Can the customer supply some components?
Yes, imposed or critical components can be customer-supplied; their receipt and traceability are built into the process.
Which tests are performed?
Those defined in the quote: functional, leak, torque, electrical continuity; a test protocol is written and attached to the report.
Is welding part of assembly?
Yes, welded assemblies (MIG, TIG) are made by network fabrication shops with welders qualified to the drawing requirements.
How are sub-assemblies packed?
Individual or batch packaging, corrosion protection and wooden crates for export, labelling to your references.
