Custom cnc milling, made in Morocco and delivered to Africa and Europe

CNC milling covers most prismatic parts in industry: plates, housings, brackets, tooling, spare parts. The DSSF CONNECT network shops run 3-axis and 5-axis machining centres, from one-off prototypes to recurring short runs, in aluminium alloys, structural and alloy steels, stainless and engineering plastics.

Every request is analysed automatically (envelope, thin walls, material removal) then reviewed by a DSSF engineer before assignment to the shop whose capacity, tolerances and certifications match the part. Outgoing inspection is carried out by the DSSF Quality Hub before shipment.

Standard capacity
800 × 500 × 400 mm
network target, confirmed by the selected shop
Series
One-off to a few hundred parts
Typical manufacturing lead time
5 to 15 working days depending on lead-time option
excluding transport, confirmed in the quote
Quote mode
Assisted quoting
Automatic estimate validated by an engineer; instant once the family is qualified.

DFM rules

  • Internal radii ≥ 1/3 of pocket depth to avoid long tools.
  • Walls ≥ 0.8 mm (metal); avoid deep narrow pockets.
  • ISO 2768-m general tolerances by default; tighten functional dimensions only.

Quality and documents

Caliper and micrometer dimensional check included; dimensional report, CMM inspection, 3.1 material certificate and FAI available as quote options.

Related finishes

  • Bead blasting
  • Anodizing (aluminium)
  • Powder coating
  • Zinc plating
  • Polishing
  • Heat treatment (quench, temper, case hardening)

Capacities, series and lead times shown are orders of magnitude matching the network target; they are confirmed on each quote according to the selected shop. No prices are displayed on these pages.

Frequently asked questions

Which files are needed for a milling quote?
A STEP (or IGES, Parasolid) and, for toleranced dimensions, a PDF drawing. An STL alone allows geometry analysis but not tolerance reading.
What tolerances can be held?
ISO 2768-m by default, ISO 2768-f on request; ±0.05 mm to ±0.02 mm on critical dimensions are possible depending on the shop, after engineering validation.
Is the quote instant?
Milling is eligible for assisted quoting: an estimate is produced from the geometry, then validated by an engineer before becoming firm. No price is released without human validation until the family is qualified.
Which finishes are available after milling?
As machined, bead blasting, anodising (aluminium), zinc plating, powder coating, polishing and heat treatment, carried out by qualified network subcontractors.
