Custom 3d printing fdm, made in Morocco and delivered to Africa and Europe

Fused deposition modelling (FDM) is the most economical way to validate a shape, an envelope or an assembly before launching machining or tooling. Network printers run PLA, PETG, ABS and nylon, with build volumes suited to jigs, fixtures, guards and housing prototypes.

Automatic analysis flags walls that are too thin and overhangs; print orientation is chosen by the shop for the required strength and surface finish. FDM is eligible for assisted quoting.

Standard capacity

One-off to a few dozen parts
Typical manufacturing lead time
2 to 7 working days
excluding transport, confirmed in the quote
Quote mode
Assisted quoting
Automatic estimate validated by an engineer; instant once the family is qualified.

3D printing FDM

Materials

Standard filaments available in several colours; carbon-fibre, flexible TPU and flame-retardant materials on request.

  • PLA
  • PETG
  • ABS

DFM rules

  • Walls ≥ 1.2 mm; overhangs > 45° need supports.
  • Orient loads in the layer plane (anisotropy).
  • Vertical holes print slightly undersize: plan a reaming pass if precision matters.

Quality and documents

Visual check and overall dimensions included; precise holes are reamed if requested.

Related finishes

  • Vapor smoothing (3D)

Capacities, series and lead times shown are orders of magnitude matching the network target; they are confirmed on each quote according to the selected shop. No prices are displayed on these pages.

Frequently asked questions

What accuracy in FDM?
Around ±0.2 to ±0.5 mm depending on part size and material; FDM is not meant for tight fits without post-machining.
Can FDM parts be used functionally?
Yes for lightly loaded jigs, brackets and guards; parts are anisotropic, loads should stay in the layer plane.
Which file should I send?
An STL or a STEP; STL is analysed directly (volume, walls, watertightness).
What surface finish?
Layer lines visible as standard; sanding, vapour smoothing (ABS) and painting as options.
