Custom cnc turning, made in Morocco and delivered to Africa and Europe

CNC turning produces rotational parts: shafts, pins, bushes, sleeves, fittings, end caps, special fasteners. Network shops operate 2-axis CNC lathes, live-tooling lathes (mill-turn) and bar-fed automatics for series of small parts.

The platform routes each part to the equipment suited to its diameter, length and quantity. Secondary operations (flat milling, radial drilling, threading) are included in the quote, as are surface treatments and outgoing inspection at the DSSF Quality Hub.

DFM rules

  • Provide thread reliefs and fillets at shoulder roots.
  • High length/diameter ratio: chatter, relax tolerances or use a steady rest.
  • Mill-turn features avoid a second setup but constrain geometry.

Quality and documents

Diameter and length checks included; roughness, concentricity and dimensional report on request; 3.1 material certificate as an option.

Related finishes

  • Bead blasting
  • Anodizing (aluminium)
  • Zinc plating
  • Polishing
  • Heat treatment (quench, temper, case hardening)

Capacities, series and lead times shown are orders of magnitude matching the network target; they are confirmed on each quote according to the selected shop. No prices are displayed on these pages.

Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum turning diameter?
The standard network capacity is shown on this page; beyond it, specific sourcing is arranged by the engineer handling the quote.
Is bar turning suited to high quantities?
Yes: beyond a few hundred small-diameter parts, bar-fed turning lowers unit cost. Above 500 parts, the quote moves to series negotiation.
Can threads and keyways be produced?
Yes, by mill-turn or secondary milling; state the thread standard and tolerance class on the drawing.
Which surface finishes are achievable?
Ra 1.6 µm in standard finish turning, Ra 0.8 µm on request; polishing or grinding as an option depending on function.
